3. Garh Ganesh
Overview
Garh Ganesh Temple on the Aravalli Hills with Nahargarh and Jaigarh is one of its kind. The deity of Lord Ganesha here is of during his childhood- “Purushakriti”. It is brought by the King before Ashwamegha Yoga anf after that foundation stone of Jaipur has been placed. 4. Galta Ji
Overview
Galtaji is an ancient Hindu pilgrimage site just a 10km from Jaipur. It consists of 7 Holy water Kund every year on Makar Sakranti a large number of devotees came here. They dip into the water to wash their faults and wrong doings. The ‘Galta Kund’ is the holiest one and it is said that its water never gets dry.
Monkeys – The temple complex is also known as Monkey Temple (Galwar Bagh) in travel literature, due to the large tribe of monkeys who live here in the temples, which have been largely abandoned and only partially restore. You can see a large number of monkeys lived here. These monkeys have been even featured on National Geographic Show “Wildest India Series”.

5. Khole Ke Hanuman Ji
Overview
A very old Hanuman Mandir that Jaipur Development Authority has undertaken the Project for the development of Khole Ke Hanumanji amounting to Rs. 26.99 crore. The foundation laying ceremony of this Project was initiate by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan on 12 December 2006. Under this project 9.40 Hectare land got diversified from Forest Department. The expenditure incurred was approximately Rs 14 crore on all the works.

6. Shila Mata Temple at Amer Fort
Overview
Shila Devi Temple houses the idol of Goddess Durga in Amer Fort. Shila Devi Temple was consturct by Maharaja Man Singh- he is a great devotee of Goddess Kali. According to legends, the goddess came in his dreams and tell him to recover her from the sea. And after that king recovered it from the sea in the form of the slab.
Navratri is celebrated with great joy. The whole place is filled with the devotees of Goddess Kali who stands in the cue for more than 3+ hours to get a glimpse. Period of those 9 days is celebrated with great joy.
